FINAL neon ignition design

Yay! after minutes of hard work it is done! finally this is her true colors (literally)
ugh it whent like
blue wings, sweetie belle tail (ack!) ,no horn curl
white wings, current tail, ear curl, but no hair curl by horn
then the giant curl was on the other side of her head (horrible)and she had orange tipped wings
and then, well you are lookin' at it
